Mistlocke Mustermen

A couple of places there are still Mistlocke Mustermen NPC's in the old muster uniform, namely the top floor of the last keep where the secretary is and on the wall of the keep opposite the curio shop.  I imagine these should be removed with the disbanding of the muster.
