Does not properly get Medium Armor prof. at lvl 5.  Have rested, entered new areas, and relogged.

Strangely, it does give you it. There might be a problem with player tools interfering if you have too many active. I need a second contriver to give input whenever one has played. Nothing wrong with the code.
