Torlo Poffgoy - Broken inventory - Ill Companion's Camp

This NPC's shop seems broken. When you select the option to see his "Regular wares" it opens briefly then returns you back to the dialogue options with only "End Dialogue" as your options.

Same thing happens to me with a summonable merchant NPC I have....think there's some script they both share that's broken.
