Cooking Recipes - Syrup?

So I've been doing some cooking and previously had some syrup recipes that were working just fine.

None of the three are functioning now, so I have to ask-

Did something happen to syrup? Were the cooking algorithms edited? I'm just reporting this since I have no idea if something happened, or if the change was intended.
