Certain chests not restocking after taken for the first time in a reset

It looks like many of the brown chests with gold trim (for instance, the reinforced chest of gold in Orogs) don't appear to be respawning their loot properly when a quest is taken more than once in a reset.

I noticed this too, the reinforced chests have never restocked as far as I recall, other containers were being bugged open so the open scripts weren't firing. Went through and saw this in Orogs & Seers today.
