Grand Fissure - Quest Placables not working

Hello! So the Grand Fissure seam area has some broken quest placables that don't initiate dialogue when clicked on or do anything in particular. Those quests are Trouble in the Mines and Twittering Tunnels. Instead of initiating quest dialogue they do nothing! Thank you!
