Sacrificing relics

Sacrificing relics does nothing. It provides no XP nor any other form of reward.

Adjusted some stuff there but I'm not sure if it helped, let me know next rest please.

XP should be given until lvl 8, VFX should also fire always. If something isn't right it should show a message to the player, but maybe there's something else going on there.
