Region Config Error : Peerage doorkeepers

When trying to access the teleport config in this area (Rings - Chambers of the Doorkeepers)
it outputs a message :

"Region Configuration error, please contact a DM!"

This area shouldn't work for any of that kind of stuff as it is basically "shared" across multiple regions/rings.
