Goblin Skill Bug

Playing a level 2 goblin rogue, I recieved the following message in my combat log in-game :

"[Adjustment Handler] Failed applying skill increase for skill 6, adjustment greater then 50. Please contact a DM."

And so I contact the DMs.

Seems like a legacy subrace stuff. Can anyone else verify if it happens to them?

Not another player, but I've just had it happen on a different goblin PC with a different class and skills.

I believe it has to do with it adding +2 move silently to your skills making your character sheet perhaps illegal (It adds it as if you were adding it on level up instead of on player skin)

Not sure.
