Arcane Spellfocus bought at Grup

In Ring 99 - Ticker Square there is a fat half orc called Grup who sells Arcane Spellfoci that, when held by a pc wizard, should make it so that buffs don't induce planar sickness. This feature however does not work, and even when held, other pcs still suffer planar sickness when buffed by a wizard.
