Alchemy broken, themes not activating

Hello,

When using a slaads tongue or morghoul item (and various others) their respective theme did not trigger.
Everything was counted as mundane alchemy.
It appears the themes linked to the alchemy items are not triggered.
I'm experienced with using the alchemy system and can safely state its a bug.

Can confirm tried alchemy in the last day or two

Slaad tongues didn't work (Sources unknown bought from PCs) but Alchemical Metal did

Rakasha Eyes didn't but demon flesh did.

dessicated Eyes didn't work but Shadowstones did.

Sort of was guess and checking what would or wouldn't work.

Ones that didn't work showed up as defaul alchemy but gave no produce with Reagent + 3 formula pieces

Seems to include summoning themes as well. I used a tome, and that worked, but a summoning reagent (Mongrel Bone Totem) was not giving me anything

Dragon's Blood from blood alchemy doesn't fire as an herbalism reagent despite being labeled green.
