Spider Temple QA explorable disappearing

The explorable (in the Mouldmire) now has a different name to the others, something like "hole with tiny spiders crawling out of it", instead of "putrid hole" or whatever the rest are. When I went in it looked as it always had. When I went to send of a quest group to do the QA, and came back with said group, the explorable entry was gone.

Halfbrood said this was a bug on the DM channel.
