Multiclass clerics

The wiki page here (https://wiki.efupw.com/index.php?title=Item_Changes), as well as the update notes seem to imply that clerics can use wands and scrolls up to twice their level. But my level two cleric seems unable to use a level 3 wand (innate level 3: Cure serious wounds, caster level 5), and receives the message as below;

 A multiclass character with 2 levels of Cleric and 3 levels of Fighter would only be able to use divine wands up to level 2. A low level character with 3 levels of Ranger can only use divine wands up to level 3. Et cetera.

My bad,

I found the way it was written rather confusing. After dissecting the text I do understand now how it works.

I heard a level 2 wizard, 6 paladin was able to use stoneskin scrolls fine, but I guess paladin is a casting class, so that makes sense now.

Currently, in the script, ALL (multiclassed or no) wizards and sorcerers may use scrolls up to twice their level as spell circle. All other classes use base level as spell circle. This does not seem to reflect the original intent of the change when it was implemented, which is that wizards, sorcerers, clerics and druids would be able to use up to twice their level as spell circle, so it may or may not change.
