Sun Domain: Scour the Unholy, Turn Undead

According to the wiki:
Sun Domain
Scour the Unholy: Nearby enemies in a colossal radius take 2d(Level) divine damage if they are undead and 1d4 divine damage otherwise.

I always do 2x(Level) in damage to undead, not 2d(Level). There's never any variation.

Also, sometimes my Scour affects all the mobs, as you'd expect, and sometimes I affect only 1 out of several.
