Patricians and Merchants

It appears to me that the merchants that offers a discount (or supposedly, broader range of wares) to patricians, will bring up a separate merchant, in engine terms. For example, this leads to that all those ítems that those without patricianship has sold to Tobar will not show as for sale to patricians (and the other way around).
Also, I assume when the writing tablets etc were added to Sugriam, they were only added to the commoner merchant because they are not available for sale to patricians, while Zyphaem, who does not have patrician discounts, will sell them as there has only been one merchant to update.

Is there a way to fix this? As it is now, those offering broad ranges to patricians actually offer them less than to a commoner. >_>
