Floating head (bug? may be issue on my end)

So as you can see my darling dwarven maiden here has some head dislocation issues. The problem only occurs while attempting to wear anything of the robes/dress category and is otherwise fine. In fact when I put on robes/dresses the model's shoulders are displaced lower than they should be which is what results in the head being dislocated and floating.

If anyone happens to know what might be causing this I would be appreciative, I could swear I've seen female dwarves in robes before that looked ok.

Edit: This occurs on all head models, not just hak heads. Cycled through them all.

Apparently it's one of my overrides causing it (Tested by removing all overrides).

Unfortunately I have no idea which one (and I have a huge pile of overrides). If anyone has experienced this before and might have an idea which onelet me know.
