Unable to open bank account

When I attempt to start the dialogue with the bank clerk, I get "Thieves are not permitted to access our services." and an angry glare. Dialogue.

As I have not attempted to steal anything or rob anyone..on this pc..this is perhaps a bug in the tagging system?  This has been tested over several resets, and remains constant.

Could this be in response to that one time the entire marketplace went hostile to you while you lagged, sputtered, and crashed trying to open irc?

Oh ya..a merchant attacked me or something from it..while I was crashing..perhaps??? A DM had to reset the marketplace for me when I logged in to a red markethall.
