All grappling hook positions in this quest are broken and do not work.

Just for clarity on this- you can fire the hookshot and the rope animation appears with the transitions. However when you click the transition to pass over the rope you make a roll check still, however when you succeed the roll you don't port across to the other side making it impossible to pass.

I was sure this had been bug reported in the past. I can't seem to find any other thread though.

As far as I know, it's been an ongoing issue with the quest since it was created.

I've never had an issue with grapples in this quest.

This did not work on the trial run of the quest itself as I recall
