Missing Items From Inventory

Mmgh, possibly. I really don't know. All I know is my inventory wasn't anywhere near full and the items definitely disappeared without me trading them or anything like that.

This just happened again and I lost a piece of DM loot for the second time.

There was a crash/reset this time definitely between me last seeing the item and it disappearing, yes.
