Mendon Estate Building - State

A few days back, during the riots in the docks, the Mendon Estate was occupied by the Queenz Boys, and Gudstaf and a few others got humiliated trying to retake it. A day or two ago this was still the case. Now it is suddenly back to normal again, with intact interior and a guildhouse guard. Is this a bug?

Any updates on this? Last I checked, there was an Ixpadian in there, too - but that was right after the recent calamities.

...So shall I just assume that, the next time I walk into the Estate, this is the state it's in?
