Elf Domain Power

Dosnt work.  You activate it, a message appears in the status window that says "DMTool 004 Activated", then nothing happens.  Your dex does not go up as it should, nor do you get any listed bonuses on your character sheet against Orcs.

As far as I know, the racial domain powers do not work at all for any race!

Why is it activating DM Tool 4, that's what I'd like to know.

How are you activating it?

AFAIK DM Tool 4 was the feat Johannes assigned to encompass the racial power system, since the player tool system involves all the player tools!
