I'm fairly sure the items on your person are meant to be "magically moulded into your new form" to stop being encumbered everytime you change into any form with a lower STR modifier. I was told that by splitting an item in your pack it resets the pack and lowers your weight to below what the max is unless you pick something else up?

So im jsut wonderign is this bugged or am i meant to just carry nothing all the time?
