Upon taking Sister Hagatha's quest, I was unable to receive any of the reagents from the reagent sources.  I also noticed that some of the reagent placeables are altered by the recommended overrides; which I originally thought was the problem.  After clearing my overrides and hak-folder, I still experienced this problem.
