Southern Bogs Warp trap

When entering from the elven ruins side (from the east I think) I have twice been ported all the way to the west side of the map, which is completely cut off by a stream.
 
One way to deal with this bug would be to add a transition that enables someone to cross the stream from that side.  As it is now there is no way out.
