When joining the Fellowship of the Cheerful Dead banner it stats: "You have been add to" and stops there.  It does not state the name of the banner.

Same thing happens to me when I joined the Helm banner on the wall around the ziggurat.

While it doesn't say what faction you join when you accept the Helmite banner, your character is stated to belong to the Fyoris faction in EFUSL.
