Currently played through two resets, next to no AFK's as a muster man, and received 0 favor points. Is this a bug?

Does the Muster bank account work yet? That was bugged when I was playing a Musterman.

I doesn't work, but I don't know if it's intended to, or if it's only for Sergeants.
