Flame weapon and scion dmg don't stack

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but when flame weapon is applied to a sorcerer with the scion perk's gauntlets, the temporary 1d4 slashing is instead replaced with temporary 1d4 elemental. When the 1d4 elemental wears off, the scion's bonus damage does not return.
