A concept offer!

Hello everyone! I'm looking for someone to help me with a very interesting concept, however if enough show interest this may turn into something larger. If you're into spooky spectre themes then this is right up your way.

What you can expect:

Involvement in a plot that will draw attention from DM's and PC's.
Conflict.
Exploration of some shady places.
A lasting mark to be left upon the server(if successful!)
A dedicated partner.
All round fun.

There shall be an application involved but I will be doing the majority of it. There may also be a prelude if alot of people show interest.
