Prayer(Spell) Buff

I was about to mention that I'd love to see it have a longer duration with the War Champion(currently 5 rounds) - but this spell rarely sees use, atleast to my experience so I thought I'd broaden my suggestion a bit and thought it through...
To make it a more attractive to use it in general, it would be nice if it was buffed a bit - perhaps something along the lines of making the duration as rounds/lvl + (charisma x 2) or maybe increasing the bonuses according to charisma, like base + charisma/2.
