Not sure how much longer the transitory period will last, so this may be an entirely silly suggestion-

But perhaps a sub forum under public notices for Old Port related stuff? Some of the DM postings like SC and Talir's job opportunity's may be getting lost and not seen by people who might otherwise be interested.
