Battletide

I noticed in the spell changes it's supposed to grant the bonus to all allies as well, but having tested it, only I get the bonuses. Is there an aspect to the spell not listed? Or is this an actual bug.

Character is Amalia Stormwave, spell is 5th level cleric spell Battletide
