Regarding special characters in character names

Please do not use them. Outside of being a possible security threat which we should have defended against, they have a tendency to mess up sendings on IRC and mess with EFUSL.

Starting the 17th of September I will retire any characters created at that date or later with special characters in their names which cause problems. There will be no help in re-creating the character. Play it safe.
