Trade Storage room keys not working.

Don't know how this missed the last prefect, but when attempting to use the trade storage room doors with the keys (I tried all of them) They didn't work..

To get them, you talk with a npc? (Its a transition looking thing named "key hooks" in the prefect room) at which point it opens a shop where you can buy the three different keys at 0gp cost.

When you buy said key, and attempt to open the storage rooms they don't work, just saying "locked"

I have attempted.
1. Using the different keys with different doors.. thinking it might have been mis-labeled
2. having someone else hold the keys (ooc testing) in case it was the prefecture key interfering
3. Removing all keys except the specific door from inventory and trying the door... (again to no avail)
