Elemental shield GSF evocation

Level 8 Wizard with GSF Evocation casting Elemental shield should last 3 rounds/level. It seems to only last 2 rounds/level. Tested by casting both it and a Wall of Fire with GSF Evocation. Both expired around the same time.

Doesn't seem right. Can anyone else confirm it happens to them as well?
