Can't Create new characters

YIKES. Not liking this one.

Account: Obscure Alt
~10PM-10:30PM EST
Cleric with custom domain override Knowledge domain

Tried again to make a Fighter without custom domain, and still refused.

Heard another report about this from someone earlier today, not sure if anybody else has been able to make a character today?

this is what the vault looks like afterward:  
 

If you go through the customize character process you can get another character of same name with (1) or (2) on the end, like localvaults do.

This was resolved on the night I reported it when Ironside rebooted the server.
