Quest Item Bug

I believe The Crown of the Knower of Known Knowns is a regular quest drop on the beholders quest. Its pretty fancy! But it has a 1/day summon...almighty rock worm! I think, given the quest and item itself, the summon was intended to be something else. An eyeball perhaps?
