Distant Shore Symbols Not Dropping from Creatures

Some of the Symbols which should drop from defeated creatures (eg the Dervish, or the Shadow boss) do not drop.

Other symbols which are found in containers do seem to appear normally.

Apparently this happens in some explorables and NPC's that should become lootable and interactable when they die. They just become untouchable and cannot be interacted, and drop nothing.

Definitely a very annoying issue.
