No shipments after reset

I had paid Herb the 200 gold for a shipment, and before delivery was made there was a reset. Afterwards I only had the option to place a new order.

Please write area and NPC in bug reports, this makes our lives so much easier :(

I suspect EE is behind this issue...

Potential fix for next reset, let me know if doesn't work.

Happened again. More information then. This was Herbert Huntwheedle in Ticker Square. I had passed the appraise check, and this time the only anomalous thing about my situation is I had logged off.

The appraise conversation branch had a bad script attached to it, will be fixed next rest. Regular branch works fine.
