QA Groans in the Drips

Quest allowed me to accept it [Party size 1-5], however the grate into the quest would not allow me down "[EFU Quest Area] You decide not to enter this place without more preparation or company..."

Update: Apparently there are multiple instances of this quest? I found a /different/ explorable with the same quest. However, since I abandoned Groans in the Drips, it won't allow me in this different one-
