Unpredictable - Chaos Shield

Even through rests, resets and reequipping , I can't seem to get Unpredictable's chaos shield to appear on cloth I wear anymore.

Edit: Most recent reset seems to have finally fixed it. Sorry for the bother!

Sorry to bump this again, but after my edit to the original post I did, also, want to confirm that Chaos Shield's application to armor remains a bit wonky.

For example, my current robe had the "Only Usable By Sorcerers" half for some of today, but has yet to begin play at reset with the Chaos Shield bit. As of right now, it has neither enchantment and this is without having changed armor at all.

I haven't seen Chaos Shield trigger enough to see if it does so even when armor is without the buff, so I'm sorry in advance if this is user error or just a display bug!

I believe it is set on the first time you rest (from my experience, also playing unpredictable)

A chance to fuss with it more and it seems that on initial login after a reset, and after resting, it gets applied to my armor properly. But if I crash or log out, I'm stuck with only the class lock aspect until I rest again, as below.

I'm certain there's some situation that leaves it not being restored after rest, as I've had that happen before, but as of now I can't recreate it. I'll try to pay closer attention to the property in the future to see if I can't find when/how it poofs otherwise.
