Blood Frenzy - not getting str/con bonus with SF:Transmutation

The wiki indicates that Blood Frenzy should receive+3 str/con instead of +2 if you have Spell Focus: Transmutation. I only received +2 str/con when I cast it on myself. I do not know if the duration was changed, I did not time that.

I saw in the script that only Druids get this bonus, what was your class? I think aside for Druids only Clerics  with the Orc Domain have access to this spell, so these can be added as well.

It was cast as a sorcerer/mimic.
