Grappling Gun's not launching ropes

Starting with today's (5/19/2019) reset, when you use a grappling gun whether its horizontal or vertical climbing, it creates the rope climbing placable next to you, but climbing it does not do anything. The other side doesn't seem to be spawned in.

To further elaborate on this.

Grapple guns can shoot ropes causing a "climb" placeable, however there is no grapple VFX or climb check on the other side of where the check would be. Clicking the climb check does nothing, but still makes a roll.

Jumping beans do not work. (And for that matter I would assume potions of levitation as well)
