Ticker Wage Increase Not "Sending"

Today, my PC Beodda Aethwin gave the Stonebuilders a boost to their pay. It did work, but the message about it did not send out.

There weren't any other bonuses to pay stacking for them, so this was the only boost.

Server uptime was about 8 hours.
