Remove the Wall in Ticker outside the Basement

This is a weird and petty request but kind of close to home.

There's a wall right outside the basement with I think DC 16 climb or something along the lines. There's nothing worse than giving some big mafia man speech or leading someone on a shady meeting and then falling fifty times embarrassingly or your guest being forced to get naked to get to your place of business.

Or lower the DC to 10 to be in line with the rest of the "climb over rubble" checks in Ticker.

If a DM wants the current basement dwellers to persue it IG paying to have a pair of ladders put up for each side would be cool. But as it is it's annoying and out of place with it's abnormally high DC.

It would be much easier to get people to come by if they didn't have to climb that wall. A pair of ladders would be pretty cool.
