A Cloud 99 ... Replacement!

With the burning down of Cloud 99, Maldon Kirkland has decided to focus his entire attention towards the collections of "Merchant Guild Taxes" such as the Tourists Tax

So is birthed the Guild of Tax Collectors, and its members the Taxmen.

Kirkland is a character with a storied background in the City of Rings. He has went from a nobody to a fairly prominent Guild Member with his fingers in a lot of pies – A street hustler to a drug kingpin. And it's time for a new chapter in glorified Mercenary work. I call this Mercs with a Purpose. And it's fresh and from the ground up.

What PCs can expect to be doing in the faction is pursuing 'Taxes' and 'Bounties' that skirt the legal ramifications of Ticker Square. There will be new taxes coming, with the success of the Guild, and potential to grow within. And with anything that Kirkland meddles in, there will be intrigue galore.
