Pipe and Corncob pipe

I get that even having equipped the pipe and having pipeweed in my inventory.

I need my fix :(

You need to use the pipeweeds ability itself while you have the pipe equipped

My pipeweed has no abilities. It was purchased from Trash or Treasure in Ticker Square.
