Ambidextrous perk not available for my rogue

I hit lvl 6 but ambidextrous perk is not available for selection. If a DM could help me, I'd really appreciate it. I can be contacted on discord on draugir101

Just FYI I am a pure rogue, but I do not have 15 dex.

If there is a dex requirement, or a requirement to be pure, I think the wiki should mention that.
