Sandmage stoneskin vfx

Hi, I'm playing a sorcerer with the Sandmage perk.

The  perk mentions "Black Sand Skin (Stoneskin) - VFX change" however stoneskin doesn't seem to have any special vfx applied to it.

Just wanted to bump this, as it seems like this is still true as far as I can tell.
