Craft Wand - Bless Weapon

When trying to craft a wand of Bless Weapon, an error message states that the spell is not valid for crafting on a wand despite that it should be (Level 1 spell).

Please help a poor paladin in need.

Its not really a bug I don't think.
You used to be able to make wands of bless weapon.
Then it was deliberately disabled.

You can still make scrolls of it, though!
