Purchasable Scribe Scroll Feat

Pretty straightforward request here, I think it'd be nice if you could buy the "scribe scroll" feat from the same person/people who sell the brew potion and craft wand item creation feats!

This would allow people other than wizards to scribe scrolls, ending the wizard scroll monopoly

I don't think this is a good idea, I think scrolls being almost exclusively the domain of wizards unless you invest a feat is a good thing.
